Patty is an experienced professional with 20+ years of success in strategic planning and execution, program management, process optimization and sales operations. She is highly effective in directing cross-functional teams in solving complex business problems and driving marked business impact under aggressive timelines.  She is motivated by a passion for collaboration and the belief that for every problem there is a solution. 

Patty has an extensive career in the telecommunications industry, including 20+ years at a Fortune 10 company.  She has held various leadership positions including Director – Project Program Management, Director – Quality, Project Director and Chief of Staff.

Patty’s dedication to achieving excellence and exceptional leadership skills ultimately led her to many accolades including the Black Engineer of the Year (BEYA) – Rodney Adkins Legacy Award and company honors such as the Diamond Club Award, President’s Award and Diversity & Inclusion Champion Award.  She is also a multi-year recipient of the United States President’s Volunteer Service Award.

Patty has a passion for community engagement and her personal mission is to “grow more volunteers”.   She is the founder of AB2C – A Business Approach to Finding Community Solutions and is on the board of the Hope Network of Schools.  She is a former board member and active member of The Network – Illinois.   

Patty holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Graduate Certificate in eCommerce Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. She has extensive training and certifications in strategy execution, design thinking, project management and process improvement. 

Patty lives in Flossmoor, Illinois with her husband, James.  They have one son, James, and two daughters, Paige and Troy.
